About Paths for Families
Paths for Families is a nonprofit formerly known as Adoptions Together and FamilyWorks Together; Adoptions Together continues as a program under the new name. The site states it is a licensed adoption provider in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia, with offices in Greenbelt and Catonsville, Maryland, Alexandria, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Services include domestic infant adoption with waiting-family profiles, foster care adoption, home studies, and post-adoption support. It also offers free and confidential pregnancy options counseling for people facing an unintended pregnancy, adoption-competent and trauma-informed counseling, support groups, and educational trainings.
