Adoption Circle is a private, nonprofit adoption agency licensed by the state of Ohio, with offices in Columbus and in Rocky River outside Cleveland. Its site describes more than two decades of operation and a focus on newborns and young infants. Services include agency adoptions, targeted or identified adoptions, stepparent adoptions, Interstate Compact placements, home studies and home study updates, embryo adoption home studies, post-placement supervisory visits, birth parent counseling and education, adoptive applicant training and profile assistance, preparation of legal documentation, and assistance to adult adoptees. The agency publishes a 24-hour birth parent helpline and a separate text line for expectant mothers.
