Donor Nexus, founded in 2012, runs three programs from its Newport Beach office: fresh donor matching, a frozen egg bank and embryo donation. It holds a California tissue bank license and is registered with the FDA as a human cell and tissue establishment. Frozen cohorts are typically six eggs, listed on the site at $19,500 to $29,500, and carry a blastocyst guarantee: if no viable blastocyst results by day 7 and the semen analysis criteria were met, a replacement cohort may be provided. Donors complete medical, genetic and psychological screening and may be non-identified or open ID. Eggs ship worldwide through a cryogenic logistics partner.
