Egg Donation, Inc. has coordinated donor egg cycles since 1989 and reports serving more than 14,000 recipients from over 35 countries. It maintains a searchable database of screened donors and offers fresh cycles, shared or split cycles, and a frozen egg bank stocked with lots of six mature eggs that have survived warming. Frozen lots come from prior donors with successful cycle histories; vitrification is performed at a partner fertility clinic in Los Angeles, and eggs may be held for up to six months or shipped to the recipient's clinic. Donors complete infectious disease, genetic, toxicological and psychological screening under ASRM, FDA and CDC standards.
