The Center for Infertility and Reproductive Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital is a hospital-based fertility program within the obstetrics and gynecology department in Boston. It provides IVF, IVF using donor eggs, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, and ICSI with assisted hatching, and also carries out minimally invasive and robot-assisted gynecologic surgery for fibroids, endometriosis and tubal ligation reversal. The centre runs its own laboratories, which handle specialised testing and embryo freezing. Patients are seen at several Boston locations, with early morning and evening appointments available.
