An academic fertility program in St. Louis, part of Washington University School of Medicine, treating patients of all genders. Care starts with evaluation and diagnosis, then may involve non-IVF medical therapy with partner or donor insemination, IVF, ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, donor eggs, embryo donation or a gestational carrier program. Fertility preservation is offered both for medical reasons, including before cancer treatment, and for patients delaying pregnancy. The team also treats recurrent pregnancy loss, supports LGBTQ+ family building, performs reproductive surgery, and offers telemedicine consults outside St. Louis.
