Aspire Fertility San Antonio, formerly RMA of Texas, is a fertility practice with three offices in the San Antonio area: Stone Oak, the Medical Center district and Alamo Heights. Consultations for new patients, bloodwork and ultrasound scans are available at each, and the IVF laboratory is at Stone Oak. Care covers IVF, intrauterine insemination, preimplantation genetic testing, recurrent pregnancy loss work-ups, fertility preservation and egg freezing, LGBTQ+ family building and an egg donor program. The clinic is part of the Prelude Network and is taking on patients from the closed Aspire McAllen office.
