Pacific Northwest Fertility is a reproductive endocrinology practice founded in 2005, with clinics in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington, and an onsite embryology and andrology laboratory. Treatment covers IVF, IUI, embryo genetic testing, male infertility evaluation, egg freezing, donor egg IVF and gestational surrogacy, organized around four focus centers for collaborative reproduction, LGBTQ+ fertility, fertility preservation and recurrent pregnancy loss. First consultations are virtual and testing is done in person at either clinic. The practice runs an in-house egg donor database and coordinates travel for patients from outside the region.
