Gladney Center for Adoption is a Fort Worth, Texas nonprofit adoption agency founded in 1887. Its programs include domestic infant adoption, international adoption, foster care adoption, home study and post-placement services, and SWAN permanency services. The domestic infant program places infants roughly one month old or younger and operates on an open adoption model; the agency states families should be open to at least a yearly visit with the child's birth parents, and describes a typical wait of about two years from program activation to placement. Separate caseworker teams advocate for expectant parents and for hopeful adoptive families. Gladney states it has been Hague Accredited since 2008 and runs a dedicated post-adoption support department.
