MCRM Fertility runs clinics in St. Louis, Missouri and Tulsa, Oklahoma, and dates its opening to 2013. Female testing covers ovarian reserve, hormone bloodwork and transvaginal ultrasound; male testing includes semen analysis and sperm DNA fragmentation testing. Treatment options are ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, egg and sperm freezing, and third-party paths including egg donation and surrogacy.
